Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Coding Specialty Lead to support their centralised Clinical Coding Team. This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) remote/hybrid role focused on ensuring accurate clinical coding practices for NHS services.
The ideal candidate will hold the NCCQ and have extensive experience in clinical coding across multiple specialties. They will also engage with clinicians and ensure compliance with coding standards, contributing to data quality and reimbursement accuracy.
