Experteer Overview  In this role, you support TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries by educating them, enrolling in benefits, and guiding them through healthcare resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate enrollment, timely communications, and compliant handling of PHI. The position offers meaningful impact within the TRICARE Overseas Program and a mission-driven environment. You will enable beneficiaries to access care and benefits efficiently while upholding privacy and standards.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Verify benefits and enrollment via DOES and MHS Genesis; process enrollments, disenrollments, and transfers
Update Primary Care Manager (PCM) information following MTF guidelines
Provide education and customer service on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims, in person and by phone
Provide basic claims status updates and support
Lead informational briefings at events such as in/out processing and maternity
Collect and record daily activities and OHI data in applicable systems
Assess issues and elevate complex cases for proper resolution
Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality; complete required training
Collaborate with team, support remote work, and train new staff
Responsabilità   Bachelor in related field OR;
Associate in related field plus 4 years of specialized experience OR;
Major certification in related field plus 4 years of specialized experience OR;
High school diploma plus 8 years of specialized experience
US Citizenship
SOFA/Command-Sponsored status
Missione Visa and Soggiorno permit
Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier
1)
3+ years of customer service experience
Fluent in English; strong written and oral communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Effective at delivering presentations; good interpersonal communication
Self-starter, able to work independently; strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
