Female Support Worker - Join a Charity That Puts People Before Profit
This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific). You don’t need to have worked in care before if you’re kind, patient and willing to learn – we’ll support you every step of the way. It could suit someone who’s helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job.
If you enjoy listening, lending a hand and helping others live life to the fullest, you’ll fit right in here.
NB:
This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria. Candidates must already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions and must have at least two years remaining on their current visa.
As a Female Support Worker, you will help adults with learning disabilities live life their own way. You will support individuals with personal care, cooking and household tasks, provide companionship, encouragement and emotional support, help build independence, friendships and new skills, and join in with activities, hobbies and community events.
