Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Counselors who are comfortable working night shifts and are passionate about supporting clients through one-on-one counseling sessions. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle a broad spectrum of client concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online counseling sessions with clients from diverse backgrounds

Provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment for clients

Assess client concerns and offer appropriate therapeutic support

Maintain session records and follow ethical counseling practices

Be available for night shift hours (up to 3:00 a.m. IST)

Requirements

Background in Psychology, Counseling, or related field

Fluency in English (Preferred languages Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)

Strong interpersonal and active listening skills

Comfortable handling clients across different age groups and concerns

Willingness to work night shifts consistently

Prior counseling or clinical experience preferred
