This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a 10-bed service, write its future and develop a team that provides exceptional, person-centred care.

You would be taking charge of our Ivy Lodge service, which is located in Thurnscoe and caters to 10 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

We are offering a competitive salary of circa £44,500 dependant on experience, and the working hours are 37.5, Monday to Friday,  with a 30-minute unpaid break. You would also join the on-call rota so a driving licence and car are essential.

• NVQ Level 5 qualified in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have experience and understanding of DOLS, mental capacity act, safeguarding and CQC regulations.
