Familienspitex.ch sucht eine engagierte Person als Care Manager:in in Zürich. In dieser Rolle begleitest du Familien und pflegende Angehörige bei der täglichen Pflege. Du führst Pflegebedarfs-Abklärungen durch und berätst zu Pflegeleistungen.
Ein flexibles Pensum sowie die Möglichkeit zum Home Office sind gegeben. Der ideale Kandidat bringt eine Pflegefachausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit. Wir bieten ein wertschätzendes Team und sinnstiftende Arbeit.
