Position: Nursing Care Centre Manager (Community Care & Rehabilitation) – Up to $11,000 | Mon–Fri | Central

Community Care / Rehab Operations / Healthcare Management

We are hiring a Care Studio & Rehabilitation Manager to lead day-to-day operations, community care programmes, and rehabilitation services within a healthcare and senior care environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership experience in community care, rehab operations, or elderly care services.

  • Up to $11,000/month
Working Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities Operations & Service Management
  • Oversee daily operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation department
  • Ensure smooth delivery of community care, rehabilitation, and day care programmes
  • Manage client enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incident handling
  • Monitor service quality, KPIs, and operational performance
Team Leadership & Staff Management
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the Care Studio & Rehab team
  • Support recruitment, retention, coaching, and staff development
  • Build a strong service-oriented and collaborative team culture
Business Development & Programme Growth
  • Develop and market centre-based and home-based rehab programmes
  • Identify and build partnerships with external organisations and stakeholders
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and new care models for seniors
Client Care & Rehabilitation
  • Oversee care assessments and implementation of care plans
  • Ensure meaningful engagement through rehabilitative and dementia-related programmes
  • Support high-quality care delivery aligned with healthcare standards
Compliance & Quality Management
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
  • Support policy development, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to PDPA and operational SOPs
Job Requirements
  • Degree or Master’s in Allied Health or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in community care / healthcare setting
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Good understanding of Singapore’s ILTC / community care landscape
  • Experience in rehab, elderly care, nursing home, or care centre operations preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • BCLS & AED certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    Infocare knowledge is an advantage
