AR Collections Clerk

Position: AR Collections Clerk Hybrid Role
Medicentres is looking for a dedicated AR Collections Clerk for a hybrid position based in Edmonton. This full-time role focuses on managing collections and enhancing the financial health of our organization.

As an AR Collections Clerk at Medicentres, you will oversee a portfolio of around 500 customers, ensuring efficient collection processes and excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for maintaining customer records, generating invoices for appointments, and processing payments. This position allows you to leverage technology and improve interactions while making a significant impact within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain AR portfolio and ensure collection efficiency

• Generate accurate invoices for services rendered

• Collaborate with departments for billing information

• Process payments through our Moneris system

• Document collection activities and discrepancies

Requirements:

• 2+ years in AR Collections experience

• Community College Diploma is a must

• Proficient in data mining and Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
