Person specification Knowledge- General education inclulding literacy and numeracy
- An understanding of the importance of health & safety
- An understanding of the importance of hygiene
- Knowledge / experience of working ina a catering industry environment and able to demonstrate practial cleaning skills
- Experience and knowledge of computer technologies and software packages
- Allergen training and awareness
- Food Hygiene, level 4
- Managing multiple budgets
- knowledge of nutrition and dietry requirements

Staff employed in these posts will therefore be asked to register with the DBS Automatic Update Service upon receipt of their DBS certificate and must update yearly, the annual fee will be reimbursed subject to Trust policy.
