Key information about the roleNB:
This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria. While we encourage applications to other roles, candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must have at least two years remaining on their current visa.

Shift times vary daily between 7 am and 10 pm. A standard shift is 7.5 hours long, with flexibility to do longer days if preferred. There are more evening shifts than morning shifts (e.g. 2:30–10 pm) and a requirement to work 2 weekends out of every 4.
About the serviceDue to the rural location, staff need to be able to travel to and from the workplace, by lifts or own car. Two work vehicles are available on site for transporting the people we support.
At Keepers Cottage Residential Service we support 8 people with mild–moderate learning disabilities. The cottage is 2 miles outside Ledbury and is in a lovely rural setting. On shift you will work alongside one other staff member in the mornings and two others in the afternoons.
