As a Tier 1 Support Representative, you will resolve patient issues, provide information, and ensure overall satisfaction within a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling allows you to manage your working hours while gaining valuable experience in telehealth practices and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound patient inquiries across channels
• Deliver efficient resolutions to concerns raised
• Communicate Teladoc service details clearly
• Address and manage emergencies as they arise
• Collaborate with a team or work independently
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Empathetic approach to patient interactions
• Proven organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting
• Commit to at least 15 hours per week
