What You Will Do
  • Provide personal care: assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
  • Support daily living: help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Conduct wellbeing checks regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, resident privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through team meetings and idea sharing.
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in a care role preferred; passion for helping others is essential.
  • Positive, friendly, supportive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with residents and families.
  • Collaborator willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
  • Diligence in managing care tasks and wellbeing checks.
  • Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
