Senior Analyst, Health Economics and Outcomes Researcher and PRO

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Health Economist and Outcomes Researcher to join our growing Health Economics team as an Analyst focusing on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation Studies. You will contribute to groundbreaking projects that influence healthcare decision-making, advancing the understanding of patient perspectives and preferences to enhance value-driven healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Support a range of quantitative and qualitative health economics and outcomes research projects, including health valuation and utility measurement, analysis of outcomes data, and development of patient-reported outcome measures for our clients.
  • Focus on patient‑reported outcome measurement and preference elicitation research.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Educational degree (e.g., MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1‑3 years of experience with a strong track record in PRO and preference elicitation studies.
  • Knowledge of health economics methodologies for patient‑reported outcomes, including utility measurement, survey development, and psychometric validation.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency with statistical software packages such as Stata or R.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly present technical issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to support non‑project activities for PHMR.
