Nhs-1 in Lancaster is seeking a Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist to deliver hospital pharmacy services within our Virtual Ward team. This is a fixed term post to cover maternity leave until May 2027.
The role involves working collaboratively with the virtual ward teams to ensure effective medicines management. You will support fellow team members and participate actively in patient safety improvements.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Pharmacy and experience in complex patient groups. Flexibility is key, with some home working possible.
