Health and Safety Coordinator

Position: Health and Safety Coordinator Needed

We seek a dedicated Health and Safety Coordinator to enhance our OHS programs over a diverse range of projects. With three or more years of safety experience, you will manage emergency response planning, internal safety training, and data analysis efforts. Your ability to build new programs and communicate safety protocols will contribute significantly to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teams in maintaining workplace safety

• Collaborate on regulatory requirements and program updates

• Document and recommend improvements from incident reports

• Train staff in safety management systems

• Compile and report safety statistics for compliance

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a safety role, Natural Resources/Forestry preferred

• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus

• Class 5 driver's license needed

• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
