As a Bilingual Care Coach, you will be responsible for supporting clients in both English and French through evidence-based practices. Each client interaction will be thoughtfully tailored to their needs, utilizing methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and crisis de-escalation techniques to deliver the utmost care during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients via inbound and outbound channels

• Personalize interactions based on client readiness

• De-escalate crisis situations with adept communication

• Apply various therapeutic techniques to assess client needs

• Oversee multiple tasks to provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field

• At least 1 year recent counseling experience

• Fluent in English and French for effective communication

• Familiarity with the stages of mental health treatment

• Reliable high-speed internet and home office arrangement
