Clinic 8 is a busy fast‑paced clinic. We care and treat individuals with a variety of Head and Neck conditions, providing a diverse and rewarding work environment.

• Demonstrate good communication skills and understanding of basic requirements for individualised patient care

• Care Certificate or willingness to work towards

• Mandatory updates and customer care courses
• Phlebotomy training
• Observation training
• Wound care training

• Previous customer care experience and life skills
• Previous NHS care experience in an outpatient setting

• Regular attendee, able to work flexibly within working hours of department
