Your role- Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and lifestyles
- Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life
- Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience
- Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging

Qualifications- A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people
