In this Full-Time position, you'll address women's needs through empathetic virtual care strategies, supporting their journey through peri- to post-menopause. Your clinical expertise will guide women in achieving optimal health through tailored care plans and continuous support from a dedicated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client care in collaboration with coaches

• Execute virtual assessments and respond to client issues

• Formulate and revise individualized care plans

• Liaise with practitioners about client lab tests and follow-ups

• Document client interactions thoroughly in EMR

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English is required

• Current QC nursing license; willingness to apply for ON license

• Specialized knowledge in hormonal therapy and women's wellness

• Experience in motivational interviewing and nutrition

• Capable of problem-solving in clinical scenarios
