The Role As a Personal Development Manager (Assessor) , you will support learners working towards Health & Social Care qualifications (Levels 25), guiding them from enrolment through to End Point Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging coaching, teaching and assessment sessions Conduct workplace observations and learner reviews Support timely completion of qualifications and End Point Assessment (EPA) Provide functional skills support (Maths & English) Maintain learner engagement and progression
