Positioned as a key player in medical affairs, you’ll support Hologic Canada’s healthcare initiatives by connecting with clinical microbiology experts and facilitating educational opportunities. Your strategic insights will help align our internal objectives with external market demands, ultimately improving patient outcomes. This home-office role includes significant field travel across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support investigator-initiated studies and collaborations

• Gather and relay insights on clinical microbiology

• Foster scientific relationships with external stakeholders

• Navigate regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance

• Present clinical data to healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Ph.D. or equivalent in microbiology or diagnostics

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with molecular diagnostic strategies

• Proficiency in English;
French preferred

• Willingness to travel frequently within Canada
