NHS 111 Integrated Urgent Care Clinical Advisor
NHS 111 Clinical Advisor – Annual salary:
Band 6 (£39,959 - £48,117) + unsocial hours allowance as per section 2 Agenda for Change.

As the initial point of contact for patients, you assess callers across the full spectrum of NHS 111 interactions, from life‑threatening emergencies such as stroke and heart attack to routine concerns like sore throats and toothaches.

• Evaluate patients in real time, triage and access symptoms via telephone.
• Calm callers in mental health crises or when a child has been injured.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive right care in the right place the first time.

• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
• Computer literate and eager to learn new skills.
• Passionate about high‑quality patient care and able to remain calm under pressure.
