Principal Family & Systemic Psychotherapist – Community Children and Young People’s (CYPS) Mental Health Team

We are looking for an experienced Principal Family & Systemic Psychotherapist with advanced clinical skills and leadership experience to join our CYPS Mental Health Team in North East Hampshire, based at the Aldershot Centre for Health.

• Provide specialist systemic assessments and interventions for young people with a range of emotional, behavioural, and complex mental health needs.
• Provide supervision and consultation to junior team members.
• Deliver clinical leadership and direct systemic input within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, nurses, therapists, and support workers.
• Collaborate with schools, GPs, local authorities, and other partners to ensure coordinated, person‑centred care.
• Work closely with the team manager to support and develop the team, while maintaining a clinical role in systemic psychotherapy.
• Partner with the consultant family & systemic psychotherapist to provide strategic leadership, governance, and service development across the Trust.

Applicants must be a qualified Principal Family & Systemic Psychotherapist with substantial experience in systemic practice and demonstrable leadership skills.
