Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver thorough assessments and create customized treatment plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

• Good standing registration with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists

• Proof of professional liability insurance necessary

• ADP license or intent to obtain for mobility aids

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
