We are seeking compassionate and experienced Psychologists to provide mental health support, counseling, and psychological guidance remotely.

Role Summary

As a Psychologist, you will provide virtual consultations to individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns. You will support clients through counseling, psychological assessment, stress management, and evidence-based therapeutic guidance to improve their mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online consultations via video, audio, or chat.
Assess clients’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
Provide counseling and psychological support for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related stress, grief, self-esteem concerns, and other mental health challenges.
Develop personalized therapy or counseling plans based on the client’s needs.
Guide clients on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellness.
Maintain accurate consultation notes and documentation.
Refer clients to psychiatrists or emergency services when clinically necessary.
Ensure confidentiality, ethical practice, and a supportive client-centered approach.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
Relevant registration, license, or recognized professional qualification as applicable.
Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in providing therapy, counseling, or mental health support.
Ability to provide consultations in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
Access to a reliable internet connection and smartphone/laptop.
Prior teleconsultation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
