Adult Disability Assessor – Slough – £47k to £50k + Bonus
Adult Disability Assessor (PIP / WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Pharmacists. Hybrid remote roles available across England.
Full‑time positions available (part‑time after training). No weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts.
Salary and Benefits- £47,000 (PIP) starting salary, with £1,000 increases after 6 and 12 months (performance‑dependent) + bonus scheme.
- £50,000 (WCA) starting salary, with £1,000 increase at 12 months (performance‑dependent) + bonus scheme.
- Generous bonuses up to 10% for quality and performance.

Hybrid remote – work from home or office. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Part‑time possible after full‑time training.
Role Overview- Conduct phone and face‑to‑face assessments of claimants’ health and work capabilities.
- Review medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activity information.
- Compile detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
- Interview claimants to understand health conditions and daily challenges.
- Review medical records and write comprehensive reports.
- Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
12‑week comprehensive training covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing.
Who We Need- Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General).
- Occupational Therapists (Adult‑focused).
- Paramedics (Adult‑focused).
- Physiotherapists (Adult‑focused).
- Pharmacists (Adult‑focused).
- Minimum 1 year post‑registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting.
- At least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
- Strong communication, assessment skills, typing/report‑writing ability, and excellent IT skills.
