This full-time role involves coordinating case management, insurance communications, and prescription drug coverage for patients. With over two years of customer service experience, you'll harness your organizational skills to navigate complex funding mechanisms. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will enhance our mission to improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of obtaining coverage for prescription drugs

• Communicate with physicians and insurance providers effectively

• Coordinate document submissions to insurance and funding bodies

• Conduct Financial Means Tests to boost patient coverage

• Report Adverse Events as required

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline

• At least 2 years of office customer service experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite

• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
