Vibe Care are seeking for their client a Locum Occupational Therapists for the Adult Social Care Team based in Didcot and covering the South of Oxfordshire.

The role is for 37 hours per week mainly working from home or in the community with one day a week minimum in the office.

Job Role:

  • Empowered to develop bespoke solutions that help people achieve their individual goals and outcomes.
  • Support residents in remaining fit, healthy, and independent for as long as possible.
  • Working closely with the NHS, care providers, and community groups
  • Involvement with collaborative, person-centered support.
  • Work collaboratively with other Occupational Therapists and Social Workers in a range of environments, including localities, hospitals, and safeguarding teams.
  • Empower individuals in the community to identify their strengths and achieve their personal goals
  • Embracing new approaches to maintain independence.
  • Apply a strengths-based approach to promote wellbeing and support positive outcomes for all.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for service users and carers, ensuring their voices are heard and valued at every stage.
