AboutThe Role
This role is part of our ongoing organisational evolution and will strengthen leadership capacity across the business. It is a home‑based position that requires significant regional travel and is appropriate for applicants based in Salisbury or the surrounding areas.

- Car and valid driving licence

This dual role combines operational leadership with client support to optimise recovery and achievement of rehabilitation and return‑to‑work goals.
Role Responsibilities- Conduct in‑person and virtual assessments to determine clients’ physical, psychological and social needs on an ongoing basis.
- Devises and coordinates goal‑focused rehabilitation programmes, including private and statutory services.
- Coordinates private treatment (e.g. physiotherapy, psychology, investigations or surgery).
- Collaborates with family members and other inter‑disciplinary professionals.
- Communicates regularly with external stakeholders (e.g. solicitors, insurers and employers).
- Writes comprehensive reports for instructing parties, providing updates, demonstrating progress and seeking funding approval.
- Facilitates return to work and/or education.
- Assists the Regional Manager to ensure safe, effective, person‑centred care aligned with company policies.
- Conducts regular one‑to‑one meetings with Rehabilitation Managers to provide feedback, address challenges, agree priorities and drive accountability.
- Identifies training needs and promotes continuous professional development (CPD).
- Coaches and mentors Rehabilitation Managers on assessment, rehabilitation case management and billing practices.
- Supports Rehabilitation Managers with developing strategies for meeting financial targets and SLAs.
- Provides guidance on risk management and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Facilitates team huddles and case clinics to enhance collaboration.
- Offers ad‑hoc support for Clinical Duty rota and covers Regional Manager absence.
- Manages annual leave and training approvals.
- Supports the Regional Manager with recruitment, induction and performance management.
- Supports orientation, development and quality assurance of Associate Rehabilitation Managers, including audits and quarterly case reviews.
We are looking for a HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, or an NMC‑registered Nurse with a proven clinical background in one or more of the following specialisms:
- Complex orthopaedic conditions
- Brain injury
- Spinal cord injury
- Amputations
- Paediatrics
Senior Rehabilitation Case Managers work from home but travel regionally to meet clients, team members, treatment providers and employers. A valid driving licence is essential.
