As a Senior Patient Support Coordinator, you will oversee patient interactions and provide direct support, ensuring each case is handled with empathy and professionalism.
Your role will involve collaborating with clinics, pharmacies, and other stakeholders while maintaining a high standard in service quality. You’ll also leverage your critical thinking skills to improve operational efficiencies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers
• Handle escalated issues with professionalism and care
• Foster relationships with stakeholders for enhanced support
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Monitor workflow and support service delivery improvements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in customer service, preferably in healthcare
• Understanding of medical terminology beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
