SIGRA in Wieringen en Wieringermeer zoekt een teammanager thuiszorg die leiding geeft aan betrokken zorgteams. In deze functie inspireer je de teams en coacht ze naar betere zorgverlening, ook op afstand. Met jouw visie en daadkrachtimplementeer je nieuwe werkwijzen en ondersteun je teamgroei.
Je krijgt een vast contract van 28 uur per week, een salaris conform CAO VVT schaal FWG 55 en diverse voordelen, waaronder een eindejaarsuitkering.
