Stichting Omring in Medemblik zoekt een teammanager thuiszorg voor de regio Wieringen en Wieringermeer. In deze rol geef je leiding aan twee teams gedurende 28 uur per week. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coaching van zorgprofessionals en implementeert nieuwe werkwijzen binnen de zorg.
Met jouw hbo-werk- en denkniveau en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden inspireer je teams, zelfs op afstand. Wij bieden een vast contract, salaris volgens CAO VVT schaal FWG 55 en fijne secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
