Senior Agile Research Delivery Team Nurse / Midwife / AHP

We are seeking an experienced Research Nurse / Midwife / AHP to be part of the Agile Research Delivery Team. This role will support the delivery of research studies effectively and efficiently in community settings across the South West. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of a portfolio of clinical trials and for the line management of junior clinical research staff within the locality team.

This Senior Research post will require someone who has a range of clinical knowledge, skills and experience and who can act as a resource to advise and support those involved in clinical trials at all levels. You will be working on a broad range of clinical trials planning, implementing, organising and managing delivery and support.

The role will be based within the Somerset locality team and will incorporate a combination of office based and remote working. There is an expectation that the post-holder will travel to a number of locality venues within the community on a regular basis including GP practices, acute trusts, care homes, schools, dental practices to assist with clinical research activities and engage and promote research across the Peninsula, therefore having a UK d.

This post will support the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Regional Research Delivery Network, South West Peninsula's (RRDN SWP) expanding Agile Research Delivery Team, supporting research activity across a variety of clinical specialties and a range of settings.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Full time Monday - Friday
