As a Principal Consultant Operations, Integrated Health Solutions you will connect with healthcare organizations across Eurasia, understand their most complex operational and clinical challenges, and lead transformation initiatives that translate strategy into measurable impact. This role combines consulting expertise with operational execution, partnering with hospital leaders and Medtronic teams to optimize performance, scale solutions, and embed sustainable ways of working. You will contribute to shaping IHS Operations offerings while supporting large-scale transformation programs through a flexible remote-based model with occasional travel, primarily within the UK and Eurasia.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end operations transformation programs, from strategy development through implementation, execution, and measurable impact
- Drive hands‑on delivery by translating strategic recommendations into practical solutions, improved ways of working, and sustainable outcomes
- Partner with hospital leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional Medtronic teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver value
- Identify, implement, and scale operational improvements that enhance healthcare performance and service delivery
- Co‑develop and continuously improve operations offerings, solutions, and delivery toolkits based on client feedback and implementation learnings
- Build scalable assets, best practices, and knowledge‑sharing approaches to accelerate transformation delivery across regions
- Act as a connector across markets and teams, supporting capability development, coaching colleagues, and driving consistency across IHS Operations
- Master’s degree with a strong academic track record, combined with 7+ years of consulting experience (strategy, Big‑4, healthcare) or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience leading end‑to‑end transformation programs, from strategy development through implementation and measurable results
- Strong understanding of healthcare or hospital environments, including healthcare systems, operational challenges, and decision‑making processes
- Strong program and project management skills, with experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder environments and driving execution
- Demonstrated ability to combine consulting expertise with operational delivery, translating strategies into practical solutions and business impact
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including experience engaging with senior and C‑suite stakeholders
- Experience in areas such as supply chain, data analytics, healthcare transformation, digital health, or change management is considered an advantage
