Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects and cases with diligence

• Provide telephone support for healthcare providers and patients

• Document activities in program-specific databases
Requirements:

• Two-year associate's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum one year in customer service roles

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset

• Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities

• Experience in medical and pharmaceutical fields preferred
