Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a compassionate professional to support patient complaints and concerns within the Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) office. In this hospital-based role at Wexham Park, you will be responsible for managing diverse cases and communicating patiently with staff and service users.
The ideal candidate will have a Customer Care or Healthcare NVQ level 3/diploma and be experienced in a busy environment with excellent communication skills. This position does not offer home working.
