Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Co-Ordinator
A Monday-Friday working pattern is just one of the attractions of a PWP Co Ordinator role with Talking Therapies. This role is a full-time permanent role of 37.5 hours.
We are looking for a qualified B7 PWP Co Ordinator to join our friendly team at locations across Berkshire. Your base will be Erlegh House, Reading, with the expectations of working in our localities across East and West Berkshire. Currently we require attendance at an office base at least once per week and the remaining days will be home working.
We are an IAPT (improving access to psychological therapies) service that leads on innovation, boasting digital innovations and new ways of working as well as heavy involvement in quality improvement projects across the service.
As a Co Ordinator you will be expected to work closely with the clinical service managers, S2 Coordinators and S2 team leads to ensure a seamless service for all clients who access Talking Therapies. The role will focus on supporting the S2 team to develop knowledge, understanding of the S2 service. The along with developing new pathways, supervision structures and community links.
You'll be primarily based at one of our 6 offices but please note where required you will be expected to efficiently travel to other offices/locations.
Main duties of the jobProviding high volume low intensity interventions using cognitive behavioural therapy for mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
Lead on the development of the step 2 service under the direct guidance of the clinical service lead.
Working closely with the step 3 team leads/clinical service lead to build the interface between step 2 and 3 and ensure a seamless service for clients entering the service.
Develop links and care pathways' for patients.
Co-ordinate the step 2 services and team members and will manage capacity within step 2 across East Berkshire.
Case management and line management responsibility for the PWP team alongside the Band 6 team leads.

The must haves for this role:
Post graduate certificate in evidence based psychological treatments (IAPT pathways).
Registered with BABCP or BPS for PWP Accreditation. (Please note this is now a standard requirement of all IAPT services).
IAPT Supervisor trained.
LTC IAPT trained.
