NHS is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the Brent Urgent Community Response (UCR) Team. In this role, you will deliver expert, home-based care to support individuals in remaining independent and recovering safely. You will provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions within various community settings.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,943 to £44,900 a year, inclusive of HCAS, and requires strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
