Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients to identify rehabilitation needs

• Keep accurate documentation of patient progress

• Provide education on therapeutic exercises for patients and caregivers

Requirements:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• Proficient in physical rehabilitation strategies and techniques

• Solid communication and interpersonal skill set

• Commitment to continual learning and professional growth

• Experience with telehealth and technology for documentation is beneficial
