Position: Outreach Navigator for Mental Health Services

Join Lionheart Foundation as a full-time Outreach Navigator focused on adolescent mental health support in Southern Alberta. Build community relationships and implement outreach strategies with a flexible remote work model.

This role is pivotal in developing strategies for outreach and assessing regional mental health needs. The ideal candidate should have expertise in community development, public speaking, and collaboration with local organizations. You'll engage with schools, youth hubs, and mental health services while also producing reports to guide Lionheart's program expansion in Southern Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate community asset maps for mental health services

• Develop targeted outreach plans for schools and local services

• Introduce Lionheart's services to foster community collaborations

• Work closely with the Executive Director on relationship-building

• Track outreach activities and create internal reports

Requirements:

• Experience in community development and outreach

• Knowledge of Southern Alberta mental health resources

• Strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities

• Proven ability to build and foster partnerships

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
