Relief Support Worker

Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our team in Worksop.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities, playing a vital role in their lives.

A driver is essential for this role.

A sleep‑in is essential for this role.

Days:
Between 07:00-22:00

• * Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female only applicants. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
• * An enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate.

This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for a Health and Care visa under the UK Skilled Worker route, as set by the Home Office. Therefore, although Mencap is a licensed sponsor, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are not able to support new visa applications or sponsorship requests for this vacancy.
