Care Access is seeking a remote Clinical Trial Manager to oversee important health research initiatives across Canada. In this role, you'll manage clinical trial projects and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The Clinical Trial Manager plays a crucial role in driving the successful execution of clinical protocols. This position entails monitoring study progress, liaising with sponsors, and leading cross-functional teams to address challenges effectively. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will help facilitate groundbreaking medical research that enhances access to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage study implementation and timelines

• Act as liaison between Care Access and sponsors

• Analyze project milestones and adjust plans

• Ensure adherence to standards and quality assessments

• Mentor junior team members to build capacity

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years in clinical trial experience

• Experience in project management, especially client-focused

• Familiarity with decentralized trials is a plus

• Excellent team leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in data-driven decision making
