A clinical role for experienced UK-registered professionals seeking to transition from hands‑on care to assessment-focused duties. The assessor will conduct functional assessments, evaluate how physical, mental, neurological, and cognitive conditions impact daily activities, and produce defensible clinical reports.

• Conduct structured assessments via telephone, video, or face‑to‑face.
• Evaluate functional impact of chronic, complex, and fluctuating conditions.
• Review and interpret medical evidence and clinical records.
• Apply clinical reasoning to assess consistency, credibility, and risk.
• Produce high‑quality, evidence‑based reports in line with clinical governance standards.
• Work within a multi‑disciplinary clinical environment and utilise digital systems for decision‑making.

• Active UK registration: NMC or HCPC for RGN, RMN, RNLD, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist.
• Minimum 12 months post‑registration experience.
• Minimum 12 months UK‑based adult clinical experience.
• Background in adult‑facing clinical settings (acute, community, rehabilitation, mental health).
• Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Experience producing structured clinical documentation.
• Confident IT skills and ability to work within digital systems.
