Position: Psychologist (Remote)

Job Role:

Assess, diagnose, and treat mental and emotional disorders of individuals through observation, interview, and psychological tests. Help individuals with distress. Provide individual or group counseling services to help individuals achieve more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. May design behavior modification programs and consult with medical personnel regarding the best treatment for patients.

Job Responsibilities:

Assessing patients through online interviews, observations.
Talking to the patients about their problems to try to resolve them.
Providing patients with emotional support and strategies to help manage their disorder.
Perform psychological assessments, testing, and evaluation
Identify psychological, emotional, behavioral, or organizational issues and diagnose disorders
Develop and recommend treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis
Research and identify behavioral or emotional patterns
Discuss the treatment of problems with patients.
Diagnosing patients accurately and treating patients using psychological therapies.
Following up with the patient to check progress, develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed.

Job Requirements:

Degree in psychology.
Three years of work experience as a Psychologist.
Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques and a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms and conditions.
Strong observation skills to accurately evaluate patients' demeanor and identify symptoms.
Have the patience to listen to the patients and give them the necessary support.
