About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team and work with children requiring speech, language, and communication support.
Key
Roles & Responsibilities :
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
Evaluate articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive & expressive language skills
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on developmental needs
Provide speech and language therapy using evidence-based practices
Address feeding and swallowing difficulties, where applicable
Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and learning disabilities
Implement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems for non-verbal or minimally verbal children
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Educate caregivers on home-based communication strategies
Monitor progress and modify therapy goals as required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
Participate in early intervention and school-based programs
Who Can Apply:
Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) clinical certification preferred
Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Passion for working with children with Autism and special educational needs
