What youll be doing

• Completing holistic health assessments via phone, video, or face-to-face
• Assessing individuals with long-term physical and mental health conditions
• Applying your clinical reasoning to evaluate functional impact
• Producing clear, structured, evidence-based reports
• Working within a calm, supportive, governance-led environment

No emergency buzzers. No corridor medicine. No 12-hour shifts.

Who this is for

You must be:

• A Registered Adult Nurse, Doctor, Paramedic or Physiotherapist
• Registered with NMC, GMC or HCPC
• Have at least 1 year post-registration experience
• Able to attend a local assessment centre when required
