Senior Digital MSK Physiotherapist (Full Time)

We're looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join Flok's clinical team and help deliver outstanding care to patients across the UK. This role is full time, working from our offices near Cambridge in a growing and ambitious clinical team to deliver fully remote care.
What You'll DoYou will review complex patient cases flagged by our automated system to determine the most appropriate management plan, applying your clinical expertise and knowledge of national and regional care pathways.
You will support patients as they progress through their automated care journey, providing clear, empathetic communication and proactive guidance to ensure understanding and engagement.
You will collaborate with Flok’s other functions to help refine and scale our digital platform, enabling rapid access to physiotherapy for more people nationwide.
You will contribute to project work and initiatives beyond direct patient care, including product development, clinical process improvement, and integration of new tools and technologies.
About You- You are an HCPC-registered MSK physiotherapist practising to high-performing NHS Band 6 or established Band 7 standard
- You are confident autonomously assessing and managing complex cases across the whole spectrum of MSK (especially spinal) conditions
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills that enable you to deliver effective care remotely
- You practice holistic and evidence-based physiotherapy that emphasises empowerment, goal-orientation, and behavior change
- You are committed to continuous professional development
- You are willing to work in person to help drive innovation and high standards at pace – we do not currently offer remote roles
- Experience of working in primary care
- Experience of service improvement and contributing to clinical governance, including meeting CQC standards
- Pelvic health experience
- Research experience
