Position: Seasonal Primary Care Paramedic Role

24/7 OEMS is looking for primary care paramedics to work at a mine located between Merritt and Kamloops. The role involves providing critical medical interventions and working closely with a supportive team, including remote ER physicians and on-site nurses. You will work 12-hour day shifts with a rotation of two weeks on and two weeks off starting in July 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical support to workers

• Make transport decisions based on patient assessment

• Cooperate with on-site and remote medical teams

• Leverage emergency medicine consultant access for complex cases

• Adhere to medical directives under 24/7 OEMS

Requirements:

• Valid BC Primary Care Paramedic license

• BLS certification mandatory

• ACLS credentials beneficial

• Experience in occupational medicine is a plus

• Adherence to equity and diversity principles in recruitment
