Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver home-based and virtual physiotherapy services to clients

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools

• Formulate evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment plans

• Supervise and manage physiotherapy assistants when appropriate

• Provide educational resources to clients and their caregivers

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario required

• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation

• Previous community physiotherapy experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Proficiency with essential computer applications
