Overview

We are looking for a part‑time pharmacist based in Hartlepool to work during the day shift. The role includes dispensing medicines, delivering NHS and private services, managing a team and ensuring excellent customer care in a fast‑paced, retail pharmacy environment.

• Dispense prescriptions and provide medicines advice to customers.
• Deliver NHS and private front‑line services, including emergency prescriptions and urgent care.
• Manage the daily pharmacy operations and lead a small team.
• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy and quality.
• Provide regular feedback to staff and participate in service updates and trainings.
• Work collaboratively with in‑store, regional and home office teams to support clinical and service queries.
• Adhere to business targets while ensuring customers receive professional and empathetic care.

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services and private healthcare.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a fast‑paced pharmacy setting.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and deliver high quality customer service.

• Week1:
  Monday 9–6p.m., Wednesday 9–8p.m., Thursday 9–8p.m.
• Week2:
  Saturday 9–8p.m., Monday 9–6p.m., Wednesday 9–8p.m., Thursday 9–8p.m.
